How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on our site without your permission, please send a written notice containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the site.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (address, telephone number, and email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a takedown was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that meets the requirements of the DMCA.
